How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Submit Request
Log into your Patron Account within 7 days of delivery and click "Request Return", or message our Concierge on WhatsApp.
Pack in Muslin
Fold the saree along original creases, place inside the original muslin dust bag, and pack in the outer security box with tags intact.
Free Doorstep Pickup
Our courier executive arrives at your address within 24–48 hours to collect the parcel. Reverse shipping is 100% complimentary.
Instant Settlement
Upon quality check at our atelier, your refund is processed within 24 hours to your original payment method, or store credit issued immediately.
Eligible for Full Refund
- Item in pristine, unworn, unwashed, and odor-free condition.
- Silk Mark and brand tag labels attached to the pallu or garment.
- Unstitched blouse piece intact (must not be cut or separated from the main saree).
- Reported within 7 calendar days from confirmed delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees where the blouse piece has been tailored or detached.
- Textiles that have been subjected to water, perfume, or dry-cleaning.
- Bespoke commissioned weaves or monogrammed wedding trousseaus.
- Items marked as final archive sale or clearance.
✦ A Note on Handloom Artistry
Authentic Indian handlooms are celebrated for their human touch. Subtle slubs in the yarn, minor asymmetry in hand block printing, or botanical dye variations are natural characteristics of pit loom weaving and natural dyes—not mechanical defects. If you ever have a question regarding a weave characteristic, our master weavers are happy to review it.
